• Q: HELP! My email has no 'confirmation number' / HELP! I can't find my confirmation email!

  A: The email receipt you received from MissionTix, should have a ticket/ order number listed on it. This is your confirmation number. In the event you can't find that email, contact MissionTix. You can email them at: help@missiontix.com to request a resend of the receipt/confirmation for your Even Better VIP passes. They'll be happy to assist you.

  
  
  

  Q: My friends have regular passes and I have an EVEN BETTER pass, they decided they want to camp with us and hang out in style, how do we make this happen?

  A: Even Better campers can visit the general campground, however the Even Better campsite is restricted for its patrons exclusively. Your friends can hang out with you anywhere outside the Even Better Camp at Legend Valley.

  
  
  

  Q: Can I get group rates?

  Q: Do my kids get discounts?

  A: Kids from ages 4-12 receive a discounted rate, and 3 and under are FREE. Children 13 and up are full price. Early registration is required. This should only take about 3 minutes to register your child. There will be VIP goodies and games just for them. Check HERE to register your child.

  
  
  

  Q: I bought my ticket off StubHub/ ticket reseller. When will I get my passes?

  A: YOU WON'T. In order for you to receive your VIP package, the original ticket buyer MUST email their confirmation information and name change request to help@missiontix.com from the email address used when he/she created the MissionTix account. At that point, you will check in with the other Even Better VIPs, since your name will be on the list.

  
  
  

  Q: I bought an Even Better Pass, but now I can't go. How do I change the name on the tickets?

  A: The name on the ID MUST match the name on the order at check in. There are no exceptions. If you need to change the name on your tickets, you MUST CONTACT help@missiontix.com by July 1st to make the NAME CHANGE on the ticket. They will be happy to make the name change for you. Please note: You must contact MissionTix from the email address used when you created your MissionTix account.

GATES

• Q: What time can we enter the venue?

  A: Check in for EVEN BETTER VIP is at an offsite location. Check in opens at 10:00 AM. The location will be sent to you with directions some time in early June. Gates will open Thursday, July 18th at 11:00 AM. They will remain open until Monday, July 22 at 12:00 noon.

  
  
  

  Q: Where do we check-in for EVEN BETTER VIP?

  A: Check-in for Even Better Package(s) will be handled OFF-SITE at a local High School 3.5 miles from the VIP Entrance. We are mailing you directions to the check in site along with your VIP Package. It's important that you follow the directions to check-in and NOT the traffic to General Admission.
  
  At Check-In, we will apply your wristbands and provide you with directions to the festival site. In order to check in, you must have your wristbands and a Photo ID that matches the name on the Even Better VIP Package reservation. No Exceptions.

  Q: The VIP listing includes "Car Camping Permit". Does this mean that if I am tent camping with the VIP package, I can park my car at my tent site?

  A: The answer to your question is YES, you can park next to your car with your purchase of the Even Better VIP package, unless you are Tent-Only camping in which case a special parking area is designated for your convenience. If you want to come and go you must park your vehicle in Day Parking which will have in and out access 24-7.

  
  
  

  Q: My friend is driving with me but does not have an EVEN BETTER Pass, can they still camp with me?

  A: If your car or RV is camping in the EVEN BETTER area, EVERYONE in the car must have an EVEN BETTER pass before they are allowed into the festival, NO EXCEPTIONS!

EVEN BETTER VIP CAMPING

• Q: Can I cook at my campsite?

  A: Yes, you may cook at your site with a small/personal propane fueled grill. Due to fire risks from used charcoal, no charcoal grills will be allowed on site. If you bring one it will be confiscated at the gate.

  
  
  

  Q: Can we come and go with our car?

  A: Yes! There will be EVEN BETTER VIP day parking available in an adjacent lot. If you are planning to leave the site before the end of the weekend just let the gate attendant know and they will park you appropriately.

  
  
  

  Q: Will there be water stations to wash dishes? Drinking water?

  A: There be drinking fountain stations, but not sinks or tubs designed for washing your dishes. Rinse and reuse.

  
  
  

  Q: What are amenities? (Daily coffee, snacks, ice sales)

  A: Fresh coffee, juices, fruits, and some pastries are served daily from 8am-11am. Snacks are available after 3pm and usually include fresh fruit, cookies, granola bars, potato/corn chips, etc. There will be ice sales at a designated location for EVEN BETTER only.

  
  
  

  Q: Is there ADA camping and access?

  A: ADA camping is another location that was chosen specifically for its ease of access. If you choose EVEN BETTER VIP and you also require an ADA campsite we will do our best to accommodate you needs, HOWEVER we ask that you contact us by email as soon as possible to help us help you.

  
  
  

  Q: If we carpool will we get 2 camping spots?

  A: While we STRONGLY encourage ride sharing and carpooling, Camping spots are for up to 4 persons. We respect your desires for more space so much so that we have wooded campsites that have plenty of space for you and all of your friends, but these are first come/first serve. We also have increased the size of the EVEN BETTER VIP campsites so there will be plenty of space.

  
  
  

  Q: Will we have 24/7 Access to GA and food vendors?

  A: Absolutely! EVEN BETTER VIP has a 24 hour access walking area that connects EVEN BETTER VIP to the Main Gate Area.

  
  
  

  Q: Is there a family camping area in EVEN BETTER VIP ?

  A: We do not have a separate family camping area within EVEN BETTER VIP.

  
  
  

  Q: Are there activities for kids in EVEN BETTER VIP ?

  A: A shaded area for parents with young children to will be provided near Lucky Cat Lounge, however the designated "Kids Play Area" with scheduled activities is located inside the Concert Venue open at midday until dusk. The location is right near Family Camping. You must stay with your children while they play in this area.

  
  
  

  Q: Can I bring a tow behind trailer?

  A: If you want to bring a tow behind trailer you must purchase an RV Pass as there are only so many large, flat areas to accommodate your extended rig. If you have no RV Pass, you can't bring a tow behind...sorry.

  
  
  

  Q: Is there shade?

  A: Yes, there are lots of trees, but your ideal spot may not be available when you get here. When you arrive staff will gladly point out all of your options. We always say to be prepared and bring some shade, just in case.

  
  
  

  Q: Can we use easy ups?

EVEN BETTER RV CAMPING

• Q: Are there hookups?

  A: No hookups, no dumping stations, or electricity. You may use a generator as long as it is muffled for sound.

  
  
  

  Q: Can I bring a tow behind trailer?

  A: Tow behinds are considered RVs. You must purchase an RV Pass to accommodate your extended rig. If you have no RV Pass, you can't bring a tow behind. If tow vehicle doesn't fit in space they can park in adjacent parking lot.

  
  
  

  Q: May I camp my RV in THE EVEN BETTER area?

  A: Not unless you already have purchased an Even Better RV Pass.

  
  
  

  Q: What happens if I did not purchase an RV VIP pass?

  A: Your RV will not be allowed to park in the EVEN BETTER RV parking. You will end up camping in General Admission RV camp and having to walk to the EVEN BETTER area to hang out. All RV's are required to purchase an RV ticket. Space has already SOLD OUT in VIP camping, so only the General Admission RV pass will be available, and is your only option.

  
  
  

  Q: I have two friends with General Admission tickets that are staying with me in my RV, will this be a problem?

  A: Yes, everyone in the EVEN BETTER area must have an EVEN BETTER pass before they will be allowed to drive with you into the festival. They will not be allowed to camp with you. Please make sure to purchase upgraded passes for them before you get to the festival.

  
  
  

  Q: Are companion cars allowed in the Even Better RV Pass area?

  A: No cars will allowed to park in the RV area due to a limited amount of space, however, all companion vehicles will be able to park in a designated car parking area directly adjacent to RV camp.

"BETTER YET" GLAMPING

• Q: What is Better Yet Glamping all about?

  A:  For the second year we are offering "Glamping" in EVEN BETTER. If you love music festivals, are traveling long distances, and/or prefer not to have the hassle that camping entails, we've got something that is just for you; "Camping without roughing it". Roomy, clean tents will be completely set up and ready to go when you arrive.
  
  In addition to the already EVEN BETTER VIP package and amenities, the BETTER YET Camping package for (2) people will also include;
  
  An elegantly decorated 10x13 tent
  Choice of (2) single futons
  or (1) Queen futon
  (2) Pillows, and bedding
  Stadium parking for (1) one passenger vehicle
  And Even Better goodies.
  
  Plus you can upgrade your lodging to include a small coffee maker, fresh bouquet of flowers and a room fan. Just check out the tickets info.

  
  
  

  Q: If I get this BETTER YET package, can I get it for three or four people per tent?

  A: The BETTER YET CAMPING package is prepared to accommodate only two persons per tent and we will be making this shelter quite special. We will not be putting additional bedding in the rooms.

• Q: We noticed several people venturing backstage. Will the VIP passes include backstage passes? Or is there anyway to obtain a backstage pass?

  A: We do not offer backstage passes. The people you saw venturing backstage were more than likely friends and family of the bands playing the All Good Festival. For additional questions, please email vip@allgoodfestival.com

  
  
  

  Q: Do you have a festival map?

  A: While we do not post a map on our site before you get here, there will be large maps of the whole site located strategically throughout the grounds. There are also small handheld schedules available when you arrive, which contain other important information.

  
  
  

  Q: Will there be a BYOB area to view the festival from?

  A: Not directly adjacent to the festival venue, but the entire EVEN BETTER VIP camping area IS BYOB. No outside alcohol is allowed in the Lucky Cat Lounge or Festival Venue as it is in conflict with Ohio State Liquor Laws. NEW this year! We have added an additional viewing area in the venue for our EVEN BETTER VIP guests. Our EVEN BETTER VIP guests will have access to three (3) viewing areas inside the venue, two of which will be selling discounted beer for EVEN BETTER VIP Guests. Two of which will be selling discounted beer for EVEN BETTER VIP Guests.

  
  
  

  Q: If we venture out to GA will there be a line for VIP to re-enter the festival?

  A: Yes, there will be a line just for EVEN BETTER VIP to access the concert grounds from the GA camping gate.

  
  
  

  Q: What are the viewing areas for EVEN BETTER VIP Guests?

  A:  There will be THREE viewing areas for EVEN BETTER VIP Guests.
  
  Lucky Cat Lounge: Located at the top of the festival grounds. The Lucky Cat Lounge offers an elevated view of the concert area as well as a morning coffee bar and later on serving discounted beers. From 8-12 pm each day this area will be serving up breakfast snacks, coffee & afternoon snacks. From 12pm-11pm this area becomes 21 and over.
  
  EVEN BETTER VIP /Media Side Stage Tent: This area can be accessed through a walking chute to the left of the Dragon Stage. Just look for the sign "EVEN BETTER VIP /MEDIA Tent". This is an over 21 area and includes side views of the stage along with discounted beer. The area will be open at all times while the main concert area is open.
  
  High in the Pines Viewing Deck: NEW! This is a viewing deck in the shade of the pine trees to the right of the stage. Join us in this all ages viewing area for a great view of the show!

  
  
  

  Q: Can I get breakfast close to EVEN BETTER VIP area without going out to GA?

  A: New! Each morning EVEN BETTER guests will have special access to a food vendor inside the concert venue that will be serving hot breakfast items.

  
  
  

  Q: How close are the ice sales?

  A: New! EVEN BETTER VIP guests will have ice delivery throughout the campground each morning and early evening. Look for our All Good ice team to cruise through your camp selling ice.
