Q: What is Legend Valley address? Is there a good link for directions?
A: Please note: Directions into the festival's entrances are not the same as Legend's Valley "street address" so the GPS coordinates to Legend Valley will not be accurate. Please follow the All Good Festival's directions for the correct route and entrance into Legend Valley. Currently we are developing a traffic plan to get you in the best way possible. Q: Are there any airports close by?
A: Yes. The closest airport is Columbus Intl. Airport (airport code is CMH).
Q: Are there any train stations close by?
A: There are no train stations nearby. Check out Amtrak for destination map.
Q: Are there any bus stations close by?
A: There is no bus service to Thornville.
Q: Will you be allowing re-entry to the festival site?
A: In the best interest of public safety, there will be No Vehicle Re-Entry into the main campgrounds. If you want to leave and return to the festival, you may park in day parking near Gate 1 and hike your gear into the woods.
Q: Are there any hotels close by?
A: Yes. The nearest hotels are in Heath, and Hebron OH.
TICKETS

Q: Will you be selling single-day tickets?
A: No.
Q: How long will the discounted Early-Bird Tickets be available?
A: All tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are only available while supplies last. We will try to give everyone a heads up as we get close to selling out Early-Bird tickets. Join the All Good Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, or subscribe to the newsletter on our homepage for these and all other All Good related updates.
Q: Will the show sell out?
A: It's a good possibility.
Q: Where can I buy tickets?
A: Tickets will only be available through phone and Internet. Please purchase though the official TICKET site MissionTix.
Q: Can I arrive early?
A: Please arrive after 11 AM on Thursday with a 4-Day Festival Pass. We want to make this event be as successful as possible. Thank you for your cooperation.
Q: Is there a ticket Will Call?
A: ALL FESTIVAL PASSES WILL BE SHIPPED. There is no Will Call pickup the weekend of the festival. If there is an issue with delivery of your passes, please contact the online service MISSIONTIX. In the event that your passes cannot be reshipped, we will only make arrangements directly with the online service that shipped your order. The online provider will give you more information at that time on what to do when you arrive at the festival. To avoid any day-of-festival delays, we strongly encourage you to resolve any purchase issues directly with the On-Line Ticket Outlet before arriving at the festival. Lost or stolen passes will not be reissued. No Exceptions.
Q: Can I get a refund on my ticket?
A: This event will occur rain or shine. No refunds will be given.
Q: Will you be selling tickets at the gate?
A: If passes are still available, they will be sold at gate price the weekend of the festival. Space is limited in the General Admission RV Section and we recommend purchasing an RV/RV RV Escort Vehicle Pass in advance to ensure a space. Please check before traveling to see if the festival is still selling passes or is SOLD OUT.
Q: Can children attend? Do they have to pay?
A: We welcome families of all ages. There are reduced rates on children's tickets. Check the TICKETS page for details.
Q: When will the tickets purchased online be sent out?
A: All tickets purchased online will be sent out approximately 3 weeks before the event. Please contact Missiontix at 888-996-4774 or support@missiontix.com with any questions, changes or additions to your order. If you have a more specific question about ticketing or want more information before purchasing a ticket, please contact boxoffice@allgoodfestival.com. Be sure to refer to your confirmation receipt and online contact for further questions.
Q: Help, I've moved and my mailing address is new. How can I get my ticket?
A: Please contact Missiontix at 800-760-9008 or support@missiontix.com. This will ensure that your address has changed and that your festival passes will be sent to your new address sometime around the end of June. If you are purchasing tickets for a group of people and plan on arriving separately, please make sure each group member has his/her tickets upon arrival.
GATE

Q: What are the gate hours?
A: Please note: Gates open for entry 11 AM on Thursday, July 18th with purchase of a 4-Day Festival Pass. Please do not arrive earlier. Thank you for your essential cooperation.
Q: Will you be allowing re-entry into the festival site?
A: Exit and re-entry is possible after Friday or traffic clears however we cannot guarantee access to the same parking space. Due to traffic patterns and many circumstances beyond our control it is very likely you will not be able to park in the same camping spot. We highly recommend that you don't try to leave Thursday as we can almost guarantee your same parking spot will be gone. As it is a large festival you will be routed in by traffic or parking patterns to the next available parking space available during that time.
All vehicles will be searched upon re-entry. If you require re-entry each day (hotel stay) then your vehicle cannot re-enter into the campground parking lots. Day parking is available for hotel guests.
CONCERT GROUNDS

Q: What am I not allowed to bring into the concert grounds?
A: No Coolers, kites, video cameras, umbrellas, pop up tents, lawn chairs, weapons, laser lights or alcohol will be permitted on the concert grounds. Food, and beverages and beer will be served in the concert area.
Q: What am I allowed to bring into the concert grounds?
A: Blankets, and one (1) sealed water container.
Q: Why can't I have a lawn chair or umbrella the concert grounds?
A: We don't have enough area to openly allow chairs and umbrellas on the concert grounds. You must have a medical reason to have these items.
Q: Can we take pictures in the concert grounds?
A: Yes, photography is allowed.
Q: Will you be providing trash services?
A: We will be handing out trash and recycling bags to all campers, and will have trash and recycling centers throughout the camping and concert grounds. We cannot stress enough how important it is to help keep the scene clean. Please do your part to put your own trash in bags and pocket all of your cigarette butts.
Q: Will smoking be allowed in the concert grounds?
A: Smoking is permitted, however common courtesy is requested and respectfully move to open area when crowded or away from children. We request that all smokers pocket their butts. Leave the scene clean.
Q: What sort of security presence should I expect in the concert grounds?
A: There will be security on all entrances, in the camping and concert grounds, and on stage.
GENERAL CAMPING

Q: If we arrive early to the site will we receive the camping and parking sites nearest to the concert area?
A: No. We will be parking cars according to our parking plans to ensure safe and orderly loading parking of campgrounds. If you prefer a guaranteed closer camp to the concert venue then get one of the Choice Camping packages such as Tangerine Fields or Premium Camping. Just a few hundred feet away from the Main Concert Entrance along with other perks.
Q: Will I be allowed to camp next to my car?
A: Tents and cars will be camped together in most areas. We do have a "shaded tent camping only" area, which is limited to first come first serve. Please ask the GATE attendant as you enter in the site for directions. Vehicles that cannot be directly next to tents will be parked as near as possible in designated areas. Plan ahead for the possibility carrying your gear from the parking area to your campsite. Day parking is available for hotel guests.
Q: Will there be a "tent camping only" area?
A: We do have a "shaded tent camping only" area, which is limited to first come first serve. Vehicles in the shaded tent only sections will be parked as near as possible in designated areas. Be sure to ask for tent only camping when you arrive, as it is not reserved and available only on a first come first serve basis.
Q: I've heard about a section where tents will be set up in advance. What is that?
A: If you love music festivals, are traveling long distances, and/or prefer not to have the hassle that camping entails, we've got something new this year that is just for you. "Camping without roughing it". Roomy tents will be completely set up and ready to go when you arrive, including cots, recycle and trash bags. Whether you are just looking for the simplicity of settling into a ready made tent, or want to glam it up VIP style, there are a few camping rental options to make camping easier and more enjoyable for you. A dedicated crew will be on-site during the festival to help with check-in, and what's more, you'll get to enjoy all of the All Good music from some of the closest campgrounds to the Music available! Q: Will there be a separate family campground? What are the rules?
A: There is a designated family camping area for families with children 12 and under. Please register in advance here. Space is limited, and only parents with children 12 and under traveling in the same vehicle can camp in this location. Pre-Registration is not required but pick up for any wristbands and parking passes can only be picked up at Off-Site Check In. Event Staff at the gates will not have the wristbands and parking credentials that are required to access the Family Camping area and you will be redirected to off-site check in or have to camp in General Admission. We cannot be held accountable if you misinterpret this rule.
Q: Are Rv's allowed?

Q: Will I be able to walk to my car 24 hours a day?
A: Yes, and the parking lot will be monitored by security.
Q: What can I expect as far as camping accommodations?
A: Field camping and limited wooded tent-only camping is available. Check out our "What To Bring" page for more suggestions on making your camping experience comfortable. Plus Premium Camping options; We also offer Pre-set up tents in our Camping Packages to make life a little easier for you.
Q: What sort of on-site services will be available?
A: There will be port-a-johns, ice for sale, food, crafts, showers, trash & recycle centers, and some surplus items for sale in the campground. ATM's will be available in the concert grounds.
Q: Will there be showers?
A: Yes for a nominal fee. Shower hours will be posted at the shower trailers.
Q: Can we bring pets?
A: No pets are allowed at this event. Please be aware that we do enforce this, and that your tickets will not be refunded if you bring a pet and are turned away. Please make all preparations necessary to have your pet cared for before you arrive.
Q: What sort of ADA facilities will be provided?
A: There will be ADA accessible port-a-johns in the concert grounds. A Government issued ADA permit is required for special parking and camping needs. There are no stairs required to access concert and camping area. (Contact boxoffice@allgoodfestival.com for more information). To better access the ADA space with your ADA permit, please register in advance: Click to register. Pre-Registration is not required but pick up for any wristbands and parking passes can only be picked up at Off-Site Check In. Event Staff at the gates will not have the wristbands and parking credentials that are required to access ADA Camp and you will be redirected to off-site check in or will have to camp in General Admission.
Q: Are there any specific rules we should be aware of regarding the campgrounds?
A: No weapons, no ground fires, no generators, no violence, no stealing, no vending or selling anything legal or illegal without a permit.
Q: Can our band/DJ set up and play the campgrounds?
A: No.
Q: Are any sort of generators allowed?
A: No generators are allowed in the campground. RV's can use muffled generators in the RV section only.
Q: Will you be providing any sort of electrical hook-ups in the campground?
A: No.
Q: What sort of security will be on hand at the campground?
A: There will be festival-friendly security throughout the entire festival.
Q: Can we use a Coleman propane grill stove at our campground?
A: Yes, for personal use only however weather may effect the use of fire on campgrounds. We do enforce a no selling without permit rule.
Q: Can we set up EZ up tents?
A: We will not permit EZ-ups or open canopies to be set up along any of the main roads as they are for official vendors only. Please zip up your EZ-up and keep them off the main paths, or use Camping shade tents. Anything that suggests selling or unregistered vending from an EZ-up or open canopy will be shut down and ejected without refund.
CONTENTMENT CAMPING

Q: TANGERINE FIELDS 2 PERSON CAMPING PASS: I was just wondering if you buy this package can you have a 3rd person purchase just a GA Festival pass and then sleep on the floor of your tent. We just want to make sure you do not need a separate wristband to access the Tangerine camping area.
A: Tangerine Fields is a specially prepared and designated area. The price package is reserved for the number of guests listed in the price (2) or (4) persons occupancy only. I'm sure you can imagine the chaos that would arise if we allowed differently for every tent. Additional people will not be permitted to access the tent or this campground. If you do not have a Tangerine Fields Pass, you will not be permitted to enter Tangerine Fields Campground.
RV CAMPING

Q: What vehicle qualifies to purchase and park in RV Camping?
A: The following RV vehicles must purchase an RV PASS and camp in RV Camping:
· Class A RV
· Class B RV
· Class C RV
· School Bus
· **SUV or Pick-up pulling a short Pop Up Camper/ 5th wheel/ or towable RV. **Trailer MUST stay attached.
Q: What does NOT qualify to fit in RV Camping?
A: Passenger vehicles without an accompanied RV (**Escort Vehicle Pass), or trailer cannot park/camp in RV Camping. You must have an RV, or tow a trailer to utilize the RV camping area.
· **RV Escort Vehicle Pass that does not show up with the RV at the same time cannot access the RV Camping. The RV Escort Vehicle Pass only works when you arrive at the same time as the RV.
· Pick-up Truck with cab and air mattress
· Box truck. They are not allowed.
Q: I have a travel trailer (Suburban pulling a 32 ft. trailer). Can I park in the RV area, keeping my truck parked with my camper during the event?
A: Your vehicle and camping area must within the 40'x20' footprint. Due to the length of your trailer you will need to purchase the RV pass ($95 adv.) w/ RV Escort Vehicle Pass ($80 adv.) to keep your vehicles together. Without this the truck will need to be parked in a separate lot nearby.
Q: When is it okay for a passenger vehicle to park in RV parking?
A: There are two criterions:
1. You must have the RV Escort Vehicle Pass must be purchased ($80 adv., $110 day of)
2. You can enter ONLY when your vehicle is accompanying the RV. They are connected with. You will not be allowed to enter later. It must be at the same time.
Without this you will not be able to enter the RV camp.
Q: My friends have an RV and I am driving my own car. Can we park together?
A: You will need to purchase the RV Escort Vehicle Pass ($80 adv., $110 day of) to keep your vehicles together. However, only (1) one companion vehicle per RV and unless you drive in with the RV, we cannot reserve or guarantee an adjacent space.

Q: If I am on the band's guest list, when can I arrive?
A: The band "guest list" pass is the same as the 4-Day General Admission Festival Pass.

Q: What sort of vending will be available at the site?
A: Our All Good Vendor Villages will showcase clothiers, jewelers, painters, potters, bibles, special imports, retailers and more. There will also be concessions of beverages, beers, and good eats ranging from well-prepared vegetarian to options for the carnivorous connoisseur. We hope you will enjoy them as much as we did selecting them.
