The Work Exchange Team (WET), powered by Shimon Presents, is the work exchange program where you are able to experience the All Good Music Festival from a new perspective, the working perspective! Have you ever been behind the scenes at a major event? If you have, you'll know it's a world unlike any other! WET provides you the opportunity to meet people from all around the country that share your love for live music while working alongside music industry professionals. WET members work in fun and exciting departments such as art, site operations, production, VIP, hospitality, camping and much more. It is a great way to network and build lasting relationships among like-minded people. WET members are required to complete a minimum amount of 15 hours, typically separated into 5 hour shifts, and in exchange will receive a full weekend festival pass, a WET T-shirt, camping, and an amazing sense of pride and contribution!
An online deposit, equal to the amount of a weekend pass plus a cancellation fee, will be required to become a WET member, along with a non-refundable processing fee. WET fills up every year for All Good so make sure to get your deposit in on time!
